Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. The Pro Card was granted a year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. She earned her Pro Card within a year when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She came in third at the contest. The summer of 2016 saw her won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her result. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. Warming up is usually done before the workout. Also Ariel likes to use her time the best way feasible. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
