Lis Wiehl (born on 19th August 1961) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American writer and an ex-legal analyst at Fox News.
She was an adjunct professor of Law in New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at the University of Washington Law School. She has provided legal commentary for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight the Imus morning shows, and hosts the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was born in Yakima, Washington, and she graduated from West Valley High School in Yakima. She holds a qualification from Barnard College (1983), an MA in Arts in Literary Studies from University of Queensland (1985) in addition to a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl had been an US Attorney. She also worked as an NPR legal correspondent. She worked as the Chief Investigator's Counsel for the Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. Her tenure at University of Washington School of Law Seattle began in 1995 through 2001. She ran the school's Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001 to 2017.
